Return & Refund Policy

At Nexus Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

a. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Not a final sale or clearance item (see below for exclusions).

b. Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@nexusessentials.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you have your RA number, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds

a. Processing Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

b. Refund Exceptions:
If your item is returned damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please ensure the item is securely packaged when returning.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged product when contacting us.


Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
